This course will take a look at the global influences, including forward-thinking design ideas from abroad, that will impact the sustainability, safety, and accessibility of kitchens.
Learning objectives include examining global regional influences; identifying forward-thinking design influences from Europe; discussing innovated food storage options, cooking technologies, and connected appliances; and exploring several winning kitchen Design Contest spaces.
