Hard Hat Tour of RAYE, the $140 million dramatic addition to Shaker Heights' skyline and a testament to a deep collaboration between the developers and the city.

It’s the second phase of the Van Aken District, a mixed-use, multi-family development, that is seeking Fitwel certification. The one- to four-bedroom units range from 623 to 3,200 square feet. 

Participants will be required to wear the following PPE:

  • Vests

  • Hard Hats

  • Glasses

  • Gloves

  • Pants

  • Flat, hard soled shoes (no heels or tennis shoes)
