We're kicking off the 2022 Building Education Series with a great session! We have a remarkable line up of speakers. We will discuss what decarbonization means for the built environment and why climate experts are calling on the building sector to not only focus on energy reduction but on reaching zero carbon emissions. We will also review how the U.S stacks up against progress made in other countries and have a global discussion on building code needed to support decarbonization goals. In this session we will also hear from Boston University and Interface. They will give their firsthand account of why they have incorporated aggressive sustainability standards and decarbonization in their strategy and every aspect of their business. We'll learn what having a strong culture of sustainability means to their organizations and how they think their actions can influence others in the education and industry sectors to follow suit. This can be done - and is being done. We'll show you how in this session.
